Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Customized orders may take longer, please allow 3-10 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • Orders will go out following the following Friday unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping is $7 flat rate. 
• Free shipping promotions will be noted on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship to U.S. and Canada. 
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue but are not responsible for lost packages after shipment.
